Workspace 101 is a customer focused office furniture dealership founded in 2017 by April and Shane Young to bring innovative designs and workspace solutions for a broad range of customers. April brings nearly 15 years experience in finances through her working in various positions in banking, and she applies her knowledge to provide efficient, customer friendly financial systems for the company. Shane has been in the office furniture supply industry for over 30 years. He started in 1990 with a company called Network Business Interiors (NBI) where he gained a wide range of experience through the company's many premium installation processes. NBI instilled the valuable benefits of customer service being a top priority for all of their employees. Shane embraced those benefits and established a personal moral code for assuring customer expectations are always exceeded at Workspace 101. Shane also worked for another office furniture business for 15 years holding positions of sales associate, sales manager, product dealer and training coordinator for other dealers.

With years of experience in product installations, sales, and manufacturing, but feeling customers deserved more than his employers provided, Shane decided it was time to start his own company. He and April created Workspace 101 and founded in on the principles of exceptional customer service, premium delivery and installation processes, and a strong work ethic. Workspace 101 current processes instill the same moral codes of customer service and hard work Shane learned over the years. They selected the color orange for a company branding, orange can be found in our office, on our website, and on our company work shirts. Shane chose that color because the first company he worked for, Network Business Interiors, used orange colors as well. Our associates proudly wear the color orange to remind ourselves of our company morals everyday, and to ensure we have nothing but the best services for all our customers.
